Hello Frugal Family

I have been teaching personal finance since 2009. Up until that point, my family of 4, including my husband of 27 years and 2 adult daughters now, had gone through tumultuous financial challenges including being on public assistance, job losses, and bad credit. In 2009, something shifted inside of me and I was determined to find a way out. I started reading the Bible and books to find the answers to dig my family out of the mess I and my husband had made. My husband and I have turned our personal finances around and have gone from a negative 6 figure net worth to a positive 6 figure net worth.
